Overview
This one-day course aims to build practice across the NGO sector when working with clients through case management. It addresses a range of issues that may confront case workers and case managers in their delivery of case management services to clients with a range of complex needs. The course is a springboard for continuing professional development, as the time available does not allow in-depth skill development.
Pre-requisite! You must have completed Case Management: an Introduction (or equivalent) to be eligible to attend this course.
